One of Rain Bird's offerings is the T22-100S Drip Irrigation 1/4" Blank Distribution Tubing, a 100-foot roll in black. This versatile 1/4" blank distribution tubing can be used as the main line in a small Drip irrigation system or to branch off from 1/2" Drip tubing to individual micro-watering devices and plants. Constructed of UV-resistant polyethylene resin materials, the tubing offers the flexibility of vinyl with the strength of poly.

The unique Micro-Porous design creates an ultra-tight connection, as the tubing expands over fittings and then shrinks, making it almost impossible to remove without cutting. The textured finish improves handling, making connections faster and easier. The compact coiling method allows the tubing to remain coiled as it is extracted, making it easy to use, store, and eliminating waste.

The tubing is easy to unroll and stake in gardens, flower beds, ground cover, or other landscaped areas. Its industry-leading flexibility allows for tighter turns with fewer elbows, enabling fast and easy installation, even in small, narrow, and tight planting areas, as well as areas with tight curves or many switchbacks.

Designed for underground or above-ground installation, the Rain Bird 1/4" Tubing is compatible with most brands of 1/4" barbed Drip fittings and micro-watering devices, such as Spot Watering Emitters, Micro-Bubblers, Misters, and Sprays. It can also be used to run water to 1/4" Emitter Tubing from 1/2" distribution or emitter tubing and a wide variety of Drip manifolds. With a 70 psi pressure rating, it exceeds competitor specifications.

Rain Bird's high-quality fittings, including coupling, elbow, tee, plug, and valve models, as well as plastic and galvanized stakes, are available separately to complement the 1/4" Tubing. The tubing specifications include an outside diameter of 0.25", an inside diameter of 0.17", and a wall thickness of .04", with an operating pressure range of 0 to 70 psi.
