Rain Bird PEB Inline Valve with Flow Control for 2 in. FPT

The Rain Bird 200-PEB 2-inch FPT Valve with Flow Control and the Rain Bird 200-PESB Valve with Flow Control are two durable and versatile irrigation valves designed for commercial applications.

The PEB Series is a glass-filled nylon globe valve that is highly durable and ideal for commercial irrigation projects. It offers 65% higher leak resistance compared to competing products, even after extreme temperature changes, thanks to its durable construction and fabric-reinforced rubber diaphragm.

The PESB series incorporates patented scrubber technology, making it reliable in dirty water irrigation applications. The nylon scrubber scrapes a stainless steel screen to clean and break down grit and plant material, preventing debris buildup and clogging.

Both valves feature a slow-closing design to prevent water hammer and subsequent system damage. They also offer low-flow capabilities, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

The valves have a one-piece solenoid design with a captured plunger and spring, allowing for easy servicing without the risk of losing parts during field service. The flow control handle allows users to adjust water flows as needed.

The manual internal bleed feature enables the valves to be operated manually without allowing water into the valve box, allowing the pressure regulator to be adjusted without first turning on the valve at the controller. Additionally, the manual external bleed permits flushing debris from the system, which is recommended for system start-up and after repairs.

The stainless steel studs molded into the body make it easier to attach and remove the bonnet without damaging the threads.

Both valves have a pressure range of 20 to 200 psi (1.4 to 13.8 bar) and can handle flows from 0.25 to 200 GPM (0.06 to 45 m3/h; 0.02 to 12.60 l/s) without the PRS-D option, and 5 to 200 GPM (1.14 to 45 m3/h; 0.32 to 12.60 l/s) with the PRS-D option. They can operate in temperatures up to 150°F (66°C) and require a 24VAC 50/60Hz (cycles/sec) solenoid power supply with an inrush current of 0.41A (9.9VA) at 60Hz and a holding current of 0.14A (3.43VA) at 60Hz.
